Store Policies

These policies apply to every product in the HowMuchMoneyDoINeed.com store, paid or free. Please read them before you buy so you know exactly what you receive, how it arrives, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

Checkout and payment

Checkout is handled by Payhip, a secure checkout and download service. You can pay by credit or debit card (processed by Stripe) or with PayPal. Prices are in US dollars, and any tax that applies is shown before you pay. We never see or store your card details.

Digital delivery and access

Delivery is instant. As soon as your checkout is complete, a download page opens with your file, and Payhip emails a download link to the address you used at checkout.

• Look for an email from Payhip. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
• Keep the email: you can come back to your file through its link.
• Lost the link, or it has stopped working? Contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll send it again.

What you receive

Each product page lists exactly what is included. Spreadsheets come with:

• The budget spreadsheet, ready to fill in.
• Step-by-step instructions explaining how to use it.
• A filled-in example, so you can see how it works in practice.

Free printables are one-page PDFs, sized for US Letter paper.

Personal-use license

Your purchase or download grants a personal-use license. There is no subscription and no expiry.

• Use it on any devices you personally own.
• Buy once and use it for as long as you want. You may make copies for your own use, for example a fresh copy each year, and print printables as often as you like.
• No sharing, reselling, or redistributing. The license is for you alone: please don’t share the file, the download link, or your access with others. Want a printable for a friend? Send them the link to this site instead.

Refunds

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered.

That said, if a file is faulty and we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it or refund you. If you run into any problem with your purchase (a download that won’t open, a missing email, a file that looks wrong), contact us and we will help you sort it out as quickly as possible.

Requirements

• Spreadsheets work in Microsoft Excel (2010 or newer, including Microsoft 365 and Excel for Mac) and in Google Sheets, which is free. On a phone or tablet, use the free Excel or Google Sheets app; first-time setup is easiest on a computer. Not designed for Apple Numbers. No macros or add-ins needed.
• Printables open in any PDF reader. Print on US Letter paper at 100% size. On A4 paper, choose “Fit to page”.
